As a Lifestyle Coordinator you’ll be a key part of residents’ daily lives. Working from a national calendar with over 128 different experiences, you’re responsible for building a unique calendar of activities that align with your resident’s interests and hobbies.

The role requires you to be organised in planning activities and experiences, working closely alongside other teams to provide the best experience possible for residents. This can include themed cultural days or celebrations in the year and you need to be energetic and outgoing, leading and collaborating with others to bring your vision to life. You also have the ability to make even the smallest moments matter in a resident’s lives, providing a friendly smile, compassionate ear and a trusted person they know they can rely on to make a positive difference to their day.
