Australian College of Nursing

As a platinum affiliate member, all our nurses have access to a range of networking and support services, offering them the chance to develop their leadership skills, complete ongoing education and gain expertise to support their career development. Also as part of the Australian Government’s strategy to encourage skilled workers into aged care, we have accepted 130 graduate nurses into our homes, with the support of the Australian College of Nursing (ANC).

Concentric

We have partnered with Concentric to provide enhanced physiotherapy, rehabilitation and other allied health services for our residents through our Wellness Centres.

Concentric are experts in aged care specific physiotherapy and allied healthcare. They established Australia’s first co-located Wellness and Rehabilitation Centres in residential aged care homes across the country.

Meat & Livestock Australia

Meat & Livestock Australia

At Estia Health we have been working with Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) to source high-quality Australian lamb and beef we serve in our resident dishes and now include MSA graded steaks in our cooking as well as our chefs receiving ongoing education and training from MLA to feel confident in using a variety of cuts of meat and how to get the best flavour and texture from these and use them in dishes we know residents will enjoy.
