A Certificate III in commercial cookery, plus 5 years of management experience and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, are essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are a must.

This role requires physical stamina as you'll be on your feet throughout the day. Qualifications include a trade cook certificate or relevant experience, along with current HLTFS207B or C.
