Hi Radmila, first of all my mum and her family would like to thank you and all the staff for looking after my dad. We feel that he is being treated with great compassion and kindness. Your facility is clean and comfortable, and my mum says that the variety of food is wonderful.Family member
Staff are always very supportive, constantly updating myself and my siblings of news and information, and they provide quality care towards my father despite his difficult behaviours. The food is excellent and plenty of it. Whenever there is a concern, it is dealt with promptly. Lifestyle staff provide excellent entertainment. All staff are friendly and always approach my mother with warmth and concern. The home is very clean – as is my father’s room. His clothing is well looked after and your maintenance staff are prompt on requests. Your reception staff are very helpful and concerned. Thank you again for providing consistent quality care.K and B Birtch - Family members

I am soooo glad that I found this facility and was able to find a room available for my husband who suffers severe Alzheimers' disease. Radmilla, Kingsley and all the nursing staff treat the residents and their families with great compassion and kindness even through the extra stressed caused by the covid pandemic. They do regular checks and respond promptly to any concerns that I may have. They keep me updated on my husband's welfare by phone and/or email (even including photos). The Home, and it is a HOME, is clean and comfortable, the food is great and plentiful, and lots of activities are provided to stimulate and keep the residents occupied. Keep up the great job.Family member

Excellent home that cares for residents extremely well. Residents have a voice and are treated with dignity. Staff are amazing and respect and nurture both residents and their families. You couldn’t want to be in a better place during your loved one’s end of life journey. I can not put into words how highly I recommend this home and how grateful we are as a family to have found Estia Health South Morang.Robyn - Family member
My grandmother entered Estia Health for respite care after a fall this year & felt so comfortable & welcomed that she decided to stay on as a permanent resident. Radmila made the transition a positive experience as she guided us through the process with her gorgeous smile & genuine care of the residents. It has given me great peace to be able to approach her room (prior to the COVID-19 pandemic) when visiting unexpectedly to hear the staff having a laugh with her & genuinely making her feel at ease. The nursing staff respond promptly to any concerns & do regular checks. My grandmother continuously tells me how lovely the staff are to her & how much she likes Bingo !! She has some favourite staff members that have now become her extended family & I am so grateful to them all especially now with the current COVID-19 Pandemic as I know there jobs have become so much harder.Family member

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
Will it suit my needs?
We have 68 homes in NSW, QLD, SA and VIC and all offer care for those requiring a short-term or longer stay, as well as helping people requiring urgent care. Our experienced and compassionate teams care for people with a range of complex conditions, including people living with dementia, as well as those requiring palliative and end-of-life-care.
What are the next steps?
Moving home is a big decision, especially when it comes to aged care. Let us guide you through the process step-by-step with the right information at the right time. We will support you from your initial enquiry, answering your questions on the types of care we offer, the costs involved through to when you're ready to move into your new home.
