Thank you ‘beautiful people’ for your care and attention. I am very grateful you made my stay here better than I expected and I love you all. I hope karma rewards your efforts. Thank you to all staff for exceptional ongoing care of mum and all your patience. Very much appreciated. Your kindness and care has helped mum back out of bed which helps the quality of her life. Not easy at times for you all. To carers, nursing staff, doctor, physio, admin, kitchen staff and management. Many thanks,Sandy - Resident's daughter
A letter of thanks to all the staff who cared for my husband Noel at Estia Health Kensington Gardens for respite and then at Estia Health Lockleys. I could not fault any staff in any way for the care that was given to Noel and also to me. Thank you for so quickly calling him by his name. Thank you to the staff who soon knew he liked bananas and left one with his morning coffee. Thank you for encouraging him out of his room for concerts and movies. Thank you for his nice meals and for fresh sandwiches for me in the last few days. Thank you to the handy man who was like a mate to the men and possibly all the ladies’ dream boat! You were all a great team and I am so grateful.Judy - Resident's husband
To Sheree and all the Estia Health crew, From the nice lady at reception to all the medical team, carers, cooks and cleaners, you have my heart felt gratitude. After initially being confused and bewildered about a nursing home stay – not to mention – apprehensive: the whole team at Estia Health made me feel at home and my stay instantly went from dread to enjoyable. May all your residents be as lucky as I was. Belinda seemed to take a genuine, caring interest in my well-being. She was endlessly patient and truly professional without being overbearing and made me feel as though it was a friend that was looking after me not someone just doing a job.Pat - Resident
Ken came to Estia Health four weeks ago and after just one week asked to stay. He has settled there extremely well, largely due to the excellent clinical care and care from all carers. Estia Health is such a welcoming place, food is very good and menu varied and good quality. Estia Health is a bright and cheery place and allows residents many activities to participate in if they wish. We thank all the employees for the care they have given our father/father-in-law to date.Family member
