1. This offer is valid from July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, exclusively at the following Estia Health selected homes: Ardeer, Camden, Healesville, Leopold, and Wattle Glen.
2. Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a valid aged care assessment for respite care.
- Applicants must have available subsidised respite care days.
- A minimum stay of consecutive 2 weeks is mandatory at the same Estia Health home.
3. Residents are responsible for all pharmacy expenses, Additional Services and Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF).
4. Respite care bookings must be made before August 31, 2026, to take advantage of this offer.
5. This offer is subject to availability and may be limited.
6. This offer is valid for a single use per resident.
