Dear Wendy, I write to you concerning my father-in-law and his care at Estia Health Leopold. Our family hold you and your staff in extremely high regard for the effort and lengths you went to in making him comfortable for the three years he was in your care. The daily challenges you and your staff faced we believe were enormous and difficult to resolve particularly in the last twelve months after he broke his hip, but through perseverance ingenuity and patience, satisfactory outcomes were achieved. Communication to the family through the RNs, Michelle and yourself was outstanding and can only be achieved by training and good direction. I will close by saying the staff that attended my father-in-law in his final hours and also looked after our family that night and the next morning are the be highly commended for the way they treated him with dignity and respect, once again our family thanks you and all of the staff at Estia Health Leopold.Bill and Joy - Family members

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
Will it suit my needs?
We have 70+ homes in NSW, QLD, SA and VIC and all offer care for those requiring a short-term or longer stay, as well as helping people requiring urgent care. Our experienced and compassionate teams care for people with a range of complex conditions, including people living with dementia, as well as those requiring palliative and end-of-life-care.
