Welcome to Estia Health Bankstown, our aged care home in the southwest region of Sydney
Estia Health Bankstown celebrates the local area's multicultural diversity. Located on Chiswick Road, a quiet residential area, the home is close to public transport and a short drive to Bankstown Centre shopping centre, train station and other local services.
The home is well respected for its long-standing and experienced team and their delivery of high-quality care services. Our team of clinicians, care and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident's care including clinical, social and overall wellbeing and offer dementia and palliative care services, which can be accessed as short-term respite care or for a longer stay. The home has a Memory Support Unit with courtyards and gardens to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support.
The home offers single rooms as well as companion rooms perfect for couples wishing to live together. There are spacious and light-filled lounges and dining areas, with landscaped courtyards with flower beds and walking paths for residents to enjoy.

A big thank you to all the wonderful caring employees who organised a virtual ‘birthday party’ for our dad, who although in isolation was made to feel that he was not alone and forgotten, but was able to celebrate his 99th birthday with his family. We are very grateful for the care and attention that dad receives in this Estia Health home. You made him very happy on his 99th birthday.

Carers do a wonderful job and there is nothing I can fault. The communication from Estia Health was excellent, the food was excellent, and I was kept informed when the need arose. The room was always clean and the laundry was always done.

The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
