With 45 private rooms, Estia Health Heidelberg is a purpose-built home with a cottage-like ambience. Close to various transport options, it also offers on-site parking for visiting friends and family. Décor here combines comfort and style in all living areas, where our residents can relax or entertain visitors. Tea and coffee making facilities are available all day, as is a computer for general use . Practical and convenient amenities such an on-site salon and a personal laundry area for independent use are also offered to our residents. A number of our staff have been working at the home for many years, which provides greater continuity of care and familiarity for our residents.

Additional care

Well-balanced and nutritious meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site under the supervision of our professional chefs. A wide variety of health and wellbeing programs, designed by qualified coordinators, are tailored to each resident's personal needs. Allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, podiatrists, dieticians and speech pathologists are part of our support team, and hairdressers are on-site as required. Monthly church services and weekly communions are held at the home and pastoral care is also available. Importantly, we offer exceptional levels of care and service. Our staff, many of them bilingual, are on call 24 hours a day to help out where required or just to share a quiet chat.

Estia Health Heidelberg features a range of private sitting areas, as well as communal lounges with comfortable classic furnishings and flat screen televisions with Foxtel. With free access to a computer, a library area and piano, our residents are encouraged to continue their interests and connections. Communal areas overlook two shaded and flower-filled courtyards. Barbeques are often enjoyed in the central courtyard, with mature mulberry trees, raised garden beds and outdoor timber furnishings.
