Presently a small number of our homes in the State are impacted by a COVID-19 exposure, either by an employee, resident or visitor testing positive to the virus.
At this time we recommend non-frequent visitors to our homes please contact the home directly prior to their visit. All visitors are kindly asked to follow the current guidance from NSW Health.
4 January update on our homes in New South Wales
Currently many of our homes in the State are impacted by COVID-19 exposures, either by an employee, resident or visitor testing positive to the virus.
At this time we recommend any visitors please contact the home directly prior to their visit, to ensure the home is able to welcome visitors.

As per current State Directions, we are now able to warmly welcome visitors to our homes who have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days prior to visiting.

Currently one of our homes in NSW is responding to a potential exposure to COVID-19, Taree. This home is currently closed to all visitors and is working closely with the relevant authorises.

Pleasingly NSW Health has now classified our Merrylands home as surveillance following their exposure status.
29 October update on our homes in New South Wales
In align with current State Directions, we are now able to warmly welcome visitors to our homes who have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days prior to visiting. All visitors are kindly asked to follow the current guidance from NSW Health.
Currently we have two (2) homes which are managing a potential exposure to COVID-19, these homes are Merrylands and Bexley. We are working closely with NSW Health, the local Public Health Units and Commonwealth Department of Health, to manage and monitor the situations across the homes. Regular rounds of testing will continue at both exposure homes and we will immediately inform residents, families and employees of test outcomes. We are in frequent contact with residents’ families to update them on the situation and answer their questions.
There are no cases of COVID-19 in our homes in New South Wales, currently.
11 October update on our homes in New South Wales

5 October update on our homes in New South Wales
Our Albury and Tea Gardens homes are currently able to welcome two visitors per day per resident. All homes in Greater Sydney, Mid-North Coast and South Coast are currently closed to all visitors, except in exceptional circumstances as per State Direction.
There are no cases of COVID-19 in our homes in New South Wales, currently.
1 October update on our homes in New South Wales
Our homes on the Mid-North Coast and Riverina homes are currently able to welcome two visitors per day per resident. All homes in Greater Sydney and South Coast remain temporarily closed to all visitors, except in exceptional circumstances as per State Direction.
Pleasingly both our Bexley and Kogarah have now been cleared from their recent COVID-19 status, however remain closed to visitors at this time.
There are no cases of COVID-19 in our homes in New South Wales, currently.

19 December update on our homes in Victoria
Currently two of our 26 homes in Victoria are experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. As of 3pm today, we can confirm a total of 18 residents and 6 employees at our Ardeer home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19. At our home in Bentleigh in Melbourne, one resident and one employee have tested positive to COVID-19. One other Melbourne home is currently managing a potential exposure at Ringwood. These three homes are closed to visitors.
All of our other homes in Victoria are warmly welcoming fully vaccinated visitors and children under the aged of 12, as per our COVID-19 safe visiting protocols.
11 December update on our homes in VictoriaCurrently one of our 17 homes in Victoria is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. As of 3pm today, we can confirm a total of 16 residents and 2 employees at our Ardeer home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19. The home remains closed to visitors.
All of our other homes in Victoria are warmly welcoming fully vaccinated visitors and children under the aged of 12, as per our COVID-19 safe visiting protocols.
22 November update on our homes in Victoria
Currently three of our homes in Victoria are responding to a potential exposure to COVID-19, Oakleigh East, Knoxfield and Melton South. These homes are currently closed to all visitors and are working closely with the relevant authorises.
Pleasingly, last week the Victorian DHHS has reclassified our South Morang home from outbreak to surveillance status. This home and all our other homes in Victoria (excluding the above mentioned homes) are warmly welcoming fully vaccinated visitors, as per our COVID-19 safe visiting protocols.12 November update on our homes in Victoria
Currently one of our 27 homes in Victoria is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. As of 4pm, yesterday we can confirm a total of 56 residents and 23 employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19. Almost all of the residents remaining in the home who have tested positive have now been cleared of the virus and can have outdoor visits or leave the home to visit family and friends. We continue to work closely with the Public Health Unit and Victorian Department of Health and Human Services to shortly open the home up again for visits for all residents and families.
Due to the high number of COVID-19 cases in the region our home in Wodonga is temporarily closed to visitors.
Pleasingly the Victorian DHHS has reclassified our Ardeer, Dandenong, Glen Waverley and Keysborough homes from potential exposure to surveillance status. These homes and all our other homes in Victoria (excluding the above mentioned homes) are warmly welcoming fully vaccinated visitors, as per our COVID-19 safe visiting protocols.

Currently one of our 27 homes in Victoria is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. As of 4pm, today we can confirm a total of 55 residents and 22 employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19.
Our Dandenong home is our only home currently managing a potential exposure to COVID-19. Regular rounds of testing will continue at both exposure and outbreak homes and we will immediately inform residents, families and employees of test outcomes. We are in regular contact with residents’ families to update them on the situation and answer their questions.
Pleasingly the Victorian DHHS has reclassified both our Ringwood and Werribee homes from exposure to surveillance status.
All our other homes in Victoria are warmly welcoming fully vaccinated visitors, as per our COVID-19 safe visiting protocols.
29 October update on our homes in Victoria
Currently one of our 27 homes in Victoria is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak.
As of 4pm, today we can confirm a total of 54 residents and 21 employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19, with an additional round of testing scheduled for tomorrow.
We now have three (3) homes which are managing a potential exposure to COVID-19, these homes are Ringwood, Dandenong and Werribee. Pleasingly the Victorian DHHS has moved both Keysborough and Victoria Heights to surveillance status. Regular rounds of testing will continue at both exposure and outbreak homes and we will immediately inform residents, families and employees of test outcomes. We are in regular contact with residents’ families to update them on the situation and answer their questions.
There are currently no other cases of COVID-19 in our homes in Victoria and all our homes in Victoria remain temporarily closed to all visitors, (apart from visits for end of life or care and support) until Monday 1 November.
28 October update on our homes in Victoria
Currently one of our 27 homes in Victoria is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak.
As of 4pm 27 October we can confirm a total of 53 residents and 17 employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19, with an additional round of testing scheduled for today.
Additional to our South Morang home, we currently have five (5) homes which are managing a potential exposure to COVID-19. These homes are Keysborough, Ringwood, Dandenong, Werribee and Victoria Heights in Bendigo.
We continue to work closely with the Victorian DHHS, the local Public Health Units and Commonwealth Department of Health, to manage and monitor the situations across the homes.
Regular rounds of testing will continue at homes and we will immediately inform residents, families and employees of test outcomes. We are in frequent contact with residents’ families to update them on the situation and answer their questions.
There are currently no other cases of COVID-19 in our homes in Victoria and all our homes in Victoria remain temporarily closed to all visitors, (apart from visits for end of life or care and support) until Monday 1 November.
21 October update on our homes in Victoria
Currently two of our 27 homes in Victoria have COVID-19 cases.
Where we have a positive test result reported, we immediately implement our COVID-19 Positive Test Response Plan.
Today, as of 4pm we can confirm an additional 9 residents and 5 employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19, taking the total number of COVID cases in the outbreak to 41 residents and 9 employees.
On Tuesday 19 October, we received advice that one of our employees at our Keysborough home tested positive to COVID-19.
We continue to work closely with the Victorian DHHS, the local Public Health Units and Commonwealth Department of Health, to manage and monitor the situation at both homes. Regular rounds of testing will continue at both homes and we will immediately inform residents, families and employees of test outcomes.
We are in frequent contact with residents’ families to update them on the situation and answer their questions.
There are currently no other cases of COVID-19 in our homes in Victoria and all our homes in Victoria remain temporarily closed to all visitors, (apart from visits for end of life or care and support) as per State Direction.
19 October update on our homes in Victoria
On Monday 11 October our home in Altona Meadows moved to a precautionary COVID-19 surveillance status. The home remains closed to visitors at this time.
Today, we can confirm that 32 residents and four employees at our South Morang home in Melbourne have tested positive for COVID-19.
The outbreak at the home began on Saturday 16 October after two employees tested positive on a rapid antigen test (RAT), which we ask all our employee to undergo at the beginning of each shift. Both employees were asymptomatic. We are working closely with the Victorian DHHS, the Public Health Unit and Commonwealth Department of Health, to manage and monitor the situation.
There are currently no other cases of COVID-19 in our homes in Victoria and all our homes in Victoria remain temporarily closed to all visitors, (apart from visits for end of life or care and support) as per State Direction.

24 November update on our homes in South Australia
As per SA Health State Direction, from Monday 6 December, a visiting person over the aged of 12 years and 2 months are not permitted to enter or remain on the premises of an aged care home unless they have received at least two doses of COVID-19 vaccine approved by the TGA.
The exemptions are limited to those people who have a medical certificate or letter from a legally qualified medical practitioner.
