Welcome to Estia Health Hope Valley, our aged care home located in northeast Adelaide, South Australia
Estia Health Hope Valley is a friendly and spacious home with a rich lifestyle program and strong community connections. Conveniently situated on Grand Junction Road, the home has onsite parking and is close to public transport. Just a short drive away is the Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre, Modbury Hospital and local clubs.
The experienced clinicians, care and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay. The home has a Memory Support Unit to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support.
The home features several internal courtyards and has both single and shared rooms for couples of people wishing to share. Residents are encouraged to get involved in the home’s welcoming community and enjoy being part of the home’s unique regular weekend getaways has won a Family Code award, and its outdoor playground is always a hit with younger visitors.

We have found that the additional difficulties placed upon Estia Health to provide a safe and secure environment have been handled with kindness and professionalism. We have been kept abreast of changes for visiting hours and expectations and have been escorted to a meeting area and later to our mother’s room on all occasions in a timely fashion and in a positive and happy manner.

What will it cost?
