Estia Health are pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of the Mark Moran Group's Little Bay and Warrawee homes. Following receipt of all customary regulatory approvals, Estia Health officially took ownership and commenced operations of both homes on Monday, 2 June 2025.
Sean Bilton, CEO Estia Health said, “We are delighted to have successfully completed this acquisition and now provide our care and services to more older Australians in the Sydney metro, adding approximately 260 additional residential aged care places across these two homes.”
The transition has been completed seamlessly following extensive collaboration between Estia Health and the Mark Moran Group’s management teams, who worked closely with residents, their families, and employees of Little Bay and Warrawee throughout the settlement process to ensure a smooth transfer of ownership and management.
“We want to assure each of our residents and their families that they will continue to receive the same dedicated care and services from the same people they know and trust,” Bilton said. “As a provider of 87 residential aged care homes across Australia, we are proud to extend our individualised care and support to these residents and their families at an incredibly important time in their lives.”
Estia Health continues to focus on growing its portfolio while investing in quality person-centred care and employee training programs, to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care and support.
