Dear Sally. As you know, my mother, Millicent had been in your Nursing Home facility for many years and sadly passed away peacefully on Sunday 29th September. I must let you know just how well Millicent was looked after during her entire stay and what I experienced and witnessed was simply wonderful. Being a resident at the Tea Gardens Manor allowed Mum to be surrounded with care and security while giving peace of mind for our family. From the Facility Managers, to the Registered Nurses and all the support staff, nothing was ever any trouble. They were always at hand to help and the level of care was first class. On mum’s last day, the nursing staff showed the ultimate amount of compassion and professionalism. The staff were on hand to answer any questions that we had and to assist with making Mum as comfortable as possible. As it was late in the afternoon, dinner was also offered; something that was definitely not expected, but in the circumstances made the situation a whole lot easier to manage for the family members present. I can honestly say that my family and I consider your team at The Tea Gardens Manor to be part of our family. You have something very special going on and you should all be extremely proud.
