Client Services Officer

At Estia Health, our Customer Service Officers are the welcoming face of our homes providing a warm, professional and compassionate experience for residents, families and visitors alike.

This role is central to creating a positive first impression and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to care, respect and community. Whether greeting a family member, answering a resident’s question, or supporting team members with administrative tasks, our CSOs help foster a safe and supportive environment.

Customer Service Officers are responsible for managing enquiries at the home, ensuring timely and helpful responses that reflect our values. In some cases, this role may support multiple homes or be combined with the Administration Officer role, offering variety and the opportunity to build strong relationships across our network. With a focus on communication, empathy and efficiency, our CSOs play a vital role in helping residents and families feel informed, reassured and valued.
