Kerry is Estia Health’s Chief Quality and Clinical Officer with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare and leadership. With 22 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Kerry has developed a understanding of healthcare across settings, including cardiothoracic care in tertiary hospitals and aged care.

Prior to her current role, Kerry spent 12 years with the aged care regulator in positions including quality assessor, assessment manager and statutory decision maker. She contributed to the education sector, providing clinical facilitation in the TAFE sector.

Kerry’s journey at Estia Health began in 2019, through key roles including Quality Business Partner and Head of Quality and Clinical Development, before stepping into her current executive position in January 2025.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Gerontology specialising in Dementia Practice and Veteran Health, and a Master of Business Leadership. Grounded in clinical expertise and a passion for care, Kerry is committed to driving person centred care to everyone, at every moment.
