I am writing to bring to your attention a few things. The employees: I have been to many homes in my time as a clinical facilitator, but I have never encountered employees such as the ones that work within this home. Considerate, supportive, friendly, polite and well skilled; some of the best ever. This ensured the students were very well supported, including myself. The staff always spoke to me and I felt a collaborative approach which assisted the students immensely. The team, from the pca’s, to housekeeping and activities, through to the management are amazing to work with and I cannot praise them enough. The home: I have never walked into a facility and immediately felt like it was a ‘home’. This is immediately what I felt from day one of the first placement. I would not hesitate to move in myself! Thank you for the support your staff gave to not only the students, but to myself for the four weeks I was there. I really did feel sad leaving on Friday.Clinical facilitator
Dear Jodie and Bev, I’m not sure I know where to start to thank you for all the care the staff at Estia Health Bentleigh gave mum. All the employees truly ‘cared’ were compassionate and you literally tried everything! A heartfelt ‘thank you’ for the tireless care you gave to mum, and for all the care you give to the other residents, especially in these times.Family member

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
Will it suit my needs?
We have 70+ homes in NSW, QLD, SA and VIC and all offer care for those requiring a short-term or longer stay, as well as helping people requiring urgent care. Our experienced and compassionate teams care for people with a range of complex conditions, including people living with dementia, as well as those requiring palliative and end-of-life-care.
What are the next steps?
Moving home is a big decision, especially when it comes to aged care. Let us guide you through the process step-by-step with the right information at the right time. We will support you from your initial enquiry, answering your questions on the types of care we offer, the costs involved through to when you're ready to move into your new home.
