Welcome to Estia Health Southport, part of a family of our aged care homes located on the Gold Coast, Queensland
Estia Health Southport is a modern and vibrant home, which joined our Gold Coast and Mudgeeraba aged care homes in 2019 to offer choice of care and services to the Gold Coast community. The home is close to public transport and a short walk to the shops and cafes at Chirn Park.
The experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care, including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay. The home’s Memory Support Unit provides a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support.
Rooms are spacious singles with ensuite and overlook Loder’s creek or the home’s large mango tree. Among the many features is a cafe with barista-served coffee, a cinema room, library and hairdressing salon. Residents enjoy a lifestyle program that’s tailored to suit their interests and includes music and arts programs, hobby groups, bus trips and visits from local schools, pets and entertainers.

At Estia Health you'll find a team of welcoming, compassionate and experienced people dedicated to caring for others. Working together, their diverse experience across a range of roles from clinicians to hospitality is what we believe makes our home so special.
The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
