Estia Health Manly Vale is a modern and welcoming home located on a quiet residential street off Condamine Street. Close to local, shops, hospitals and public transport and a short drive to Manly centre and beach.
Well respected in the local community, the experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care, including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, which can be accessed as short-term respite care or for a longer stay. The home’s Memory Support Unit provides a safe and supportive environment for residents requiring additional support.
The home offers single rooms with ensuite, some with views over the internal garden, others with district views. Residents and their families enjoy special food events, a regular coffee club in the café, exercise classes and regular visits from children as part of a rich and varied activities program tailored to residents’ interests and preferences. The home features a special tranquil internal Japanese-inspired garden with its own bridge, shade and seating for residents to enjoy alfresco dining or just as a quiet space to enjoy with their loved ones.

The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
