Welcome to our new home in Aberglasslyn NSW, opening soon 2023
Estia Health is opening a new residential aged care home located at 603 Oakhampton Rd, Aberglasslyn, West Maitland, NSW in 2023. With district views of the region from the second storey, the home will offer personalised care and support for 118 residents.
This purpose-built aged care home will provide residents with a premium living experience, featuring various amenities, including an on-site café, multiple dining areas, and both indoor and outdoor lifestyle spaces.
All residents of the home will have the choice of a beautifully furnished single room with ensuite or some residents may choose to enjoy a larger single room or companion room, also with a private ensuite. The choice of room styles will include options with courtyards and balconies, catering to different preferences.
The home will have an on-site wellness centre, offering specially designed rehabilitation and reablement programs, providing enhanced physiotherapy and allied health services for our residents and the local community.
Our home in Aberglassyn will be managed by a team of experienced and dedicated aged care professionals, ensuring the highest level of care and support.

Estia Health Aberglasslyn offers a unique, on-site wellness centre which provides specially designed rehabilitation and reablement programs, delivering enhanced physiotherapy and allied health services for our residents available as part of our EstiaPlus premium service.
This service is delivered in partnership with Concentric Rehabilitation, experts in aged care specific physiotherapy and allied services, who have delivered some of the first co-located Wellness and Rehabilitation Centres in Australian residential aged care homes.
With personalised programs designed to improve physical and mental health, the wellness centre supports the care we provide, including respite residents coming to the home specifically for rehabilitation and reablement services.
