Welcome to Estia Health Ringwood, our aged care home located in east Melbourne, Victoria
Estia Health Ringwood is a welcoming home, providing quality care to the local community. With a choice of accommodation located on campus alongside the Waldreas Retirement Village, the home is opposite Ringwood Golf Club and just a short drive from shops and other community services.
The experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care, including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay. The home has a Memory Support Unit to provide a safe environment for residents requiring additional support.
The home offers a range of rooms, some with views to neighbouring bushland and includes single rooms with ensuite and companion rooms for couples. Home features include a hairdressing salon, computer room, games room, onsite chapel with regular services and attractive gardens. There are daily activities with a lifestyle program tailored around residents’ interests and hobbies, including exercise classes, cultural programs and arts and crafts clubs.

Recently I have visited Estia Health Ringwood, nice and a beautiful home with a calm environment. I saw residents enjoy their day and wherever I looked at I was greeted with a smile by residents and the team. Such a lovely atmosphere and very welcoming. The team and management are very approachable and helpful.

The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
